He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Shaffett; and his significant other Susan Catori. He is survived by: his mother Lilian Shaffett; and his siblings, Tracey Shaffett, Kathy Heil (Mark) and Steven Shaffett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
