He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dempsey Wilkins and Maida Cornelia Wilkins; and his sister Lola Cornelia Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, James Tony Wilkins, Corey Layne Wilkins (Gina), Jody Trey Wilkins (Stacie), Waylon Ray Wilkins and Leslie Wilkins Shea (Keith); his stepchildren, Glen Baber (Lea), Amy Baber and Lynette Moran (Kevin); and his siblings, Archie Wilkins, Bill Wilkins, Dimple Wilkins, Lynda Lawlor and Sylvia Gray.
