He is survived by: his wife Becky Bolyer of Jamestown, LA; his children, Joshua Chad Bolyer of Ringgold, LA and Courtney Ascencio of Lee; his stepchildren, Amanda Michelle Burn (Matthew) of Lewisville, AR, Deedra Gray of Lewisville, AR and Jerry Dudley, Jr of Springhill, LA; his sisters, Janette Temple (Harvey) of Jamestown, LA, Barbie Butler of Jamestown, LA and Tammy Morgan (Davin) of Ringgold, LA; and the mother of his children Debra Johnson of Ringgold, LA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, five step grandchildren, and a number of other relatives and friends.
