He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Elliott and June Elliott; his former wife Cindy Corley Elliott; his son Charles "Boo" Todd; and his niece Amanda Suzanne Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Sybil Elliott of Jamestown, LA; his daughters, Michelle Williams (Harm) of Jamestown, LA, Beverly Jinks of Jamestown, LA and Carmin Jinks (Travis Jinks) of Castor, LA; and his siblings, John Elliott (Marilyn) of Madison, GA and Amanda Howell of Waskom, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
