He was predeceased by: his son Devon Powell. He is survived by: his wife Cora Edwards Powell; and his children, Ray Powell, Karen Scarborough, Eric Bednarsky, Julie Taff and Kirk Bednarsky. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
