It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Eugene Woolsey (Iowa, Louisiana), who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Woolsey and Len Elliott Woolsey; and his wife Earline Woolsey. He is survived by: his children, David Romero (Beryl), Margaret Burgess (Robert) and Liz Herpin (Rick); and his sister Ruby Blackburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
