He is survived by: his mother Joyce Rowena Jones (Parker) of Jigger, LA; his wife Annette Jones; his children, Stacie LaDonna Blaney (Ronald "Boo" Blaney, Jr.) of Vidalia, LA, Rachel Broussard (Stacey) of Longville, Stephanie Whittington (Heath) of Vidalia, Joshua Joiner of Gonzales and Walter David Jones, Jr. (Kendale) of Lake Charles; and his sisters, Debbie Jones, Cindy Jones and Pam Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
