He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Charles; and his children, Wallace Charles, Jr. (Mary), Reginald Charles (Monica), Shirley Charles (Terry Davis), Sherell Kennison (Raynard, Sr.) and Lillian Hardy (Richard, Sr.). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
