He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lewis and Edith Moore Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ethel Broussard Lewis; and his children, Jamie Lewis (Jeff Morrow), Dale Lewis (LaTisha Mestayer Lewis), Scott Lewis (Dani Jo) and Linda Arsement (Lawrence). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
