He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Dugas, and Roy Joseph Dugas, Sr.; his wife Sue LeBlanc Dugas; and his brothers, Paul Dugas of Moss Bluff and Phillip Dugas of Iowa.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jayme Vincent (Hunter) of Sulphur, Monique Frenzel (Garth) of Sulphur and Jill Rogers (Garrett) of Paradise, Newfoundland; his grandchildren, Harrison Ledbetter (Ashlee) of Moss Bluff, Jennifer Odell (Ben) of Long Beach, Mary Jane Vincent of Houston, George Frenzel of Sulphur, Grace and Suzy Rogers of Paradise; his brother George Dugas (Penny) of Westlake; and his caregivers, Francy Sams, Laura Hall, Heather Moore and R. J..

In of lieu flowers, the family asks for donations to St. Raphael Catholic Church.
