He was predeceased by: his parents, Yeumen Lopez and Mabel Lopez (Duplantis); his son Kevin Lopez; and his wife Brenda Lopez. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Lopez; his siblings, LouElla Houston, Ellen Abshire (Wilson), Beulah Dupre, Judy Petry (Steven) and Ronald Lopez (Patricia); and his grandson Elliott LaFleur. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
