In the vast expanse of eternity, Phillip Franklin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Koller and Wilma Maye Koller; and his son David Parra. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Thorson Koller; his children, Jesse Thomas (Tawny), Hurricane Gerald Thomas, II and Kristina Parra (Jevin Guidry); and his siblings, Robert Kent Koller (Loi), Kenneth Tracy Koller (Ashley) and Betsy Chaumont (Drew). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson & Brown Funeral Home (505 US-90, Iowa, LA 70647). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
