He is survived by: his children, Melard Breaux, Jr. (Vickie) of Iowa, Evelyn Lee (Rick) of Youngsville, Judy Isbell (Jerry) of Slidell, Lea Trahan of Westlake, Vicki Royer (Leon) of Sulphur and NaDean Breaux of Iowa; his daughter-in-law Jane Breaux of Kentucky; and his sisters, Annie Fontenot and Mary Young. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, and 8 great great-grandchildren.
