We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2023, at the age of 84, Maxine Reed (Iowa, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Marcantel and Audrine Pousson Marcantel; her husband Wade Edward Reed; her brothers, Fred Marcantel, Jr. and Russell Marcantel; and her son-in-law John Porter Price.

She is survived by: her children, Kyle Reed (Pam) of Fenton, Kent Reed (Crystal) of Charlotte, NC and Kay Price of Fenton; and her sister Janet Fewell. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
