She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadley Marcantel and Allie Marcantel (Ardoin); her husband Larry Granger; her grandson Nathan Robert Granger; and her brother Chester Marcantel.

She is survived by: her children, Joella "Jo" Chadwick (Bradley), Robert Granger, David Granger (Laura) and Benny Granger; and her siblings, Theresa Marcantel Seymour (Willie) and Thomas Marcantel (Elaine). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
