He was predeceased by: his parents, Volcar Arsement and Rosalie Arsement (Richard); his siblings, Leroy Arsement, Raymond Arsement, Nelva Thibodeaux, Selma Brown and Mildred Lee; his son-in-law Richard Dartez; and his daughter Rosalie Marie Arsement.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Babineaux Arsement; his children, Leonard Arsement (Linda), Barbara Stonicher (Mark), Pamela Dartez, Lawrence Arsement (Linda Ruth), Ronald G. Arsement (Mamie) and Donna Lasha (Butch); his sister Mae Joyce Strahan; and his sister-in-law Karen Arsement. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
