With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jason Alfred Nisby of Iowa, Louisiana, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 41. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Henderson, Jr. and Lillian Nisby Parks; his great-grandparents, Thomas Alfred Nisby and Lillian Lumpkin Nisby; his grandparents, Percy Boudreaux, Jr. and JoEveyln Boudreaux; and his great-grandparent Percy Boudreaux, Sr..
He is survived by: his parents, Percy Boudreaux, III (Kimberly) and Nancy Nisby; his sons, Jason Nisby, Jr. and Roman Nisby; his stepsiblings, Klatashia Fernau, Kiara Gallow (Ty) and Kameron Fernau, Sr. (Kendall); his aunts, Juanita Mathews (James) and Patricia Reed; and his uncle Dean Parks. He is also survived by five nephews, five nieces, and host of cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Warren United Methodist Church (1800 Orchid St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
