He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Doucet and Gladys Marie Doucet (Romain); and his sister Bonita Marie Moreaux. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Doucet; his daughters, Diana Carrier (Glenn) and Susan Terrell (James); his brother Bernon Doucet (Betty); his grandchildren, Amber Smith (Chris), Baron Carrier (Victoria), Gabrielle Lewis (Tory), Natalia Broussard (David) and Ethan Terrell; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Luke, Aidan, Colton, Loghan, Jude and Emma.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson & Brown Funeral Home (505 US-90, Iowa, LA 70647). A rosary was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
