We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2022, at the age of 82, Elaine Savoy Thompson (Iowa, Louisiana), born in Eunice, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ena Savoy and Edward Savoy; her spouse Jo-John Thompson; and her sister-in-law Marie Savoy. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Marceaux (Maurice) of LeBleu Settlement, Jodi Rushing (Dana) of Watson, LA and Bill Thompson (Paula) of Woodlawn; her grandchildren, Ben (Jody), Brant Marceaux (Kalie), Sammi Parker (Clay), Victor Rushing (Madeline), Annabelle and Mia Thompson; her great grandchild Kale Marceaux; and her brothers, James (Joy), David and Donald Savoy (Elaine). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and god-children.
