He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Theriot and Alzena Theriot (Derouen); his siblings, Dennis Theriot, Jr., Sidney Theriot and Herman Theriot; his brother-in-law Raymond Aucoin; and his great grandchild Rheagan Shields.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gahn Theriot; his daughters, Kathy Hicks (John), Margo Hoffpauir (Glenn) and Beth Compton (Bill); his sister Ida Myrle Aucoin; his sister-in-law Emma Lou Theriot; and his grandchildren, Laura Waller, Erin Hudson, Stephanie Slagle (Steven), TJ Hoffpauir (Laura), Katy Shields (Rhea), Amy Treme (Brian), Sara Compton, Jessica Aguillard (Jeff) and Roby Compton (Shellie). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
