He is survived by: his wife Anita (Tinsley); his sons, Charles Powell IV, David Powell, Daniel Powell, Jack Tinsley and Jason Tinsley (Sonia); the mother of his children Barbara Gilland; his brother Jeff Powell; his grandchildren, Charles Powell V (Sarah), Matthew Powell (Shanna), Desi Powell, Lindsey Powell, David Powell, Jr., Hannah Powell, Isabella Powell, Taylor Tinsley and Landon Tinsley; his great grandchildren, Charles Powell VI, Jackson Powell, Talia Orlando, Piper Powell, Davina Ciarrochi, Leona Ciarrochi and Wyatt Powell; and his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Allard, Maureen McCleary, Renee Beason, Marie Dockter, Joe Schnepp and Randy Beason.
