She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gahn and Fannie Singleton Gahn; her husband Clarence Theriot; her siblings, Robert Gahn Jr., Dennis Gahn (Jeanne), Tommy Gahn (Ethelie), Terry Gahn (Beverly) and Roland Gahn; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Theriot, Jr., Sidney Theriot, Herman Theriot, Raymond Aucoin and Rheagan Shields.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Hicks (John), Margo Hoffpauir (Glenn) and Beth Compton (Bill); her sisters-in-law, Adelaide Gahn, Ida Myrle Aucoin and Emma Lou Theriot; and her grandchildren, Laura Waller, Erin Hudson, Stephanie Slagle (Stephen), TJ Hoffpauir (Laura), Katy Shields (Rhea), Amy Treme (Brian), Sara Compton, Jessica Aguillard (Jeff) and Roby Compton (Shellie). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
