She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Vidrine and Theresa Vidrine (Augustine); her husband Eugene Benoit; her daughter Constance Anne Benoit; and her siblings, Wilbur "Nookie" Vidrine, William "Murphy" Vidrine and Lena Vidrine DeRouen.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Gail Benoit Bourgeois (Charles) and Preston Lee Benoit (Carol Ninos); her sister Ida Vidrine Trahan; her grandchildren, Dylan Gill (Rebekah), Matthew, Michael and Danielle Bourgeois; and her great grandchildren, Drake, Hayes and Harper Gill.
