She is survived by: her husband Steven Spell of Eunice; her children, Erieana Deshotel of Eunice, Abbigail Savoy of Eunice and Leo Deshotel of Eunice; her mother Mary Miller of Eunice; her brother Johnny Miller Jr. of Odessa, TX.; her grandmother Mary Hazel Seaux; and her mother-in-law Gale B. Spell Tammy.
