He is survived by: his mother Louanna Deshotel of Tee Mamou; his sisters, Jennifer Hebert (George) of Evangeline and Sheryl Myers (Chad) of Duson; his nieces, Jessica Koula, Rebecca Hebert, Sarah Hebert and Adrienne Myers; and his nephew Phillip Myers.
