She was predeceased by: her parents, George Guzzardo and Josephine Uli Guzzardo; her husband Johnnie A. Provetere; her grandson Wesley Parsons; and her siblings, Josephine Poletto, Sam Guzzardo, Gus Guzzardo, Mary Genusa and Mike Guzzardo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Poole McChester (Keith McChester), Lori Canzoneri Perkins (Mack Perkins Jr.) and Jessica Provetere Parish; her grandchildren, Wade Parsons, Chelsea Parsons Adams, Nick Perkins, Lexi Parish and Cayli Parish; her great grandchild Cayden Adams; and her sister Virginia Whittington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
