She is survived by: her husband Victor E. Noto; her daughters, Pamela Cox (Michael), Charlene Russell (Robert), Patricia Klahorst (Chris) and Deborah Bankston (Jerry); her stepdaughter Lola Scicluna (Billy); her son Charles Thomas Jr (Carlette); her stepsons, Paul Noto and John Frank Noto; and her sister Linda Carol Phillips. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
