He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Maniscalco; and his aunt Mary Whiddon. He is survived by: his brother Joseph "Joe" Phillips (Cathy); his niece Jolene Glover (Kyle); his nephews, Darren Phillips, Shane Phillips and David Quave; and his great-nephews, Brayden Hernandez, Brad, Christopher Phillips and Laard Quave. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
