She was predeceased by: her parents, William L Addison and Nettie Chambers Addison; her husband Fred Puls; her daughter Joyce Null; and her sister Nina Bennett.
She is survived by: her son Dwayne Puls (Suzie); her grandchildren, Paige Porter (Hayden), Madison Puls, Olivia Puls and Barrett Null (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Ayden and Brynlee Null; and her brother Bill Addison (Barbara). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
