He is survived by: his wife Tillie Calcagno Anzalone; his children, Johnny Anzalone, Thomas Anzalone (Lisa), Paul Anzalone (Donna), Mary Gerwitz (Ray) and Theresa Anzalone; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Nick, Jack Anzalone, Hannah Anzalone McDaniel (Kevin), Jenna Anzalone, Joshua Anzalone and John Gerwitz.
