He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Arnold and Thomas J. Arnold; and his brother Hammer Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Arnold; his sisters, Nancy Alvarez (Tony), Sandy Shaffer (Steve), Stacy Smith (Marty) and Peggy Richardson (Harry D.); and his cousin Cheryl Bueche. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Passages Hospice.
