He was predeceased by: his parents, Griffen Spencer and Viola Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Tony Joe Spencer (Cheryl), Tommie Spencer (Mary), Germaine Saragusa (Brett), Shannon Spencer, Clyde Spencer and Stephanie Spencer; and his brother Ray Spencer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
