With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Joseph Brouillette Sr. (Independence, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on May 5, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Brouillette and Rita Brouillette; his siblings, Gail Rachal (Larry) and Sidney (Linda); and his stepson Brandon Duncan (Teri).

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Anzalone Brouillette; his children, Angel Brouillette and Dale Jr. (Tiffany); his stepson Jason Duncan; his siblings, Margaret Sanders (Lee), Kathi Bowman (Glen) and Gary (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Mary Hannah, Samantha, Elizabeth, Emily, Kailyn, Keaton, Jordan and Austin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
