She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Chambers; her son Van "Boo" Chambers; her parents, Wilmer Hayden and Lela Hayden; and her sisters, Elaine Autin, Norma Lee Hayden and Fran Hayden.
She is survived by: her son Brett Chambers (Lisa); her grandchildren, Colt, Marc and Christopher Chambers (Meaghan); and her great grandchildren, Marc Ryan, Brenleigh, Rec and Dax Chambers.
Face masks are mandatory to attend any visitation or service and we ask that you maintain a respectful distance with the family.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
