He is survived by: his wife Varrie Kay of Ida, LA; and his children, Donald Kay Sr. (Betty) of Mira, LA, John Timothy Kay (Jimmie) of Ida, LA and Esther Louise Alston (Tommy) of Kirbyville, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
