He was predeceased by: his wife Ida "Tootie" Dupont Guidry; his parents, George Guidry and Violet Dobel Guidry; and his son-in-law Michael Haddad. He is survived by: his children, Dr. George Guidry, III, Ken Guidry and Kay Guidry Haddad; his grandchildren, Stephen Haddad (Sarabeth) and Dr. Ashley Haddad Noriea; and his great grandchild Eponine Haddad.
