He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Bud" and Mildred Eades Mooney; and his brother Gene Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Woodward Mooney; his children, Tosha Parker (Tim) of Whitehall, Casey Mooney (Stacie) of Bloomburg and Devonie Ann Mooney (Jacob Fricks); his siblings, Jimmy Mooney (Sharon) of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas and Rebecca Neeley (John) of Huntsville, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Mooney, Brandon Mooney, Jordan Parker and Justin Dance.
