It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Ellis Allen of Ida, Louisiana, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pierce Allen and Lois Allen; and his wife Francis Marie Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Pierce Allen, A. B. Allen, John Allen, Benjamin Franklin Allen (Benny), Doris Lamucio, Lena Abington, Lorene Allen and Virginia Allen; his children, Robert Pierce Allen (Bobby), Theresa Marie Brents (Robert), Michael Mark Allen and John Carroll Allen; his stepchildren, Angela Wright (David) and Beaux Forehand; his grandchildren, Robert Pierce Allen (Amy), Christopher Ellis Allen, Audrey Marie Sullivan (Clint), Sarah Nelwyn Farmer (Jason), Myranda Lynn Kinney (Clint), Ashley Ellen Forbes, Brian Thomas Allen (Katelyn), Johnathan Garrett Allen (Cora) and Dusty Wooster; and his great grandchildren, Kate Marie Crumpler (Brett), Benjamin James Sullivan, Kay Nell Farmer, Carolyne Sullivan, Finley Roux Farmer, Raelyn Cheyanne Kinney, Colter Clay Allen, Madelyn Mae Allen, Luke Michael Allen, Cody Wooster, Bradley Wooster, Liam Wooster and AJ Wright.

A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Stevens-Wynn Cemetery.
