He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Pattillo Dominick; his children, Lisa Anderson, Jay Dominick (Wendy) and Douglas Dominick (Kelli); his grandchildren, Brandon Dominick, Leah Madden, Justin, Lana Dominick and Alex Dominick; and also, Jack Dominick Jr., Brad, Kyle Dominick, Val Chandler, Toby Dunlap, Mickey McDade and Tommy Stinson. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
