She is survived by: her husband Lee Cook; her daughters, Monica LeBlanc and Marcia Miller (Dave); and her grandchildren, Danielle Davis, Ben Sandifer, Aimee Sandifer and Tayler LeBlanc. She is also survived by 1 great granddaughter, Also many nieces, nephews and close friends.
