He was predeceased by: his wife Althea Bernadine Chase Picou; his parents, Reverend Wilton John, Sr. and Mary Jerry Picou; and his siblings, Reverend Willie Picou, Sr. and Betty P. McGuin.
He is survived by: his children, Chandra Ardell Picou, Elizabeth Arnell Picou-Armant and Wilton John Picou, III; his sisters, Fannie Mae Picou and Rosa Mary Williams; and his friend Gwen Chapman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
