He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Eschete Bourg; his parents, Felix J. and Eva Pellegrin Bourg; his siblings, Oscar Bourg, Hanson Bourg and Margaret Boudreaux; and also Malvina Bourg.

He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Chatagnier (Edward), Flame Billiot (John), Mala Thompson (Kenneth) and Lisa Delancey (Danny); and his grandchildren, Riva Defelice (Tracy), Summer Parfait (Roger), Risha Billiot (Corey), Tatum Mahurin, Jayme Billiot (Joey), Taylor Thompson, Stephen Thompson, Morgan Trahan (Mitchell) and William Delancey (Miranda). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
