He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McMillian and Earlean McKee McMillian; and his grandparents, Vercie McKee and Ernest McKee. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Stuard McMillian; his children, Rocky Paul McMillian of Houma, LA, Mindy Lynn Zeringue of Houma, LA and Misty McMillian Rosamond (Joshua Rosamond) of Thibodaux, LA; his siblings, Robert McMillian and Linda Lavender; and his grandchildren, Haley Ann Zeringue, Alexie Lynn Zeringue, Jett Steven Zeringue, Demi Lynn Zeringue, Jax William Rosamond and Ashton Michael Rosamond.
