He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie S. Jasper; his parents, Elijah Jasper Sr. and Thelma V. Jasper; his daughter Heather T. Jasper; and his siblings, Kermit Nash, Raymond Jasper Sr., Elijah Jasper Jr., Stewart Jasper Sr., Cloteal Warren, Myrtle Aubert, Mary Davis, Martha Nash, Earline Carter, Glenda Holliday and Lucille Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Andra K. Howard (Charlie), William T. Jasper, Therman S. Jasper, Chalinda T. Ray, Phyllis T. Jeff (Tommy), Berthanell Jones and Christine Jones; and his sisters-in-law, Loretta Jasper, Rosemary Jasper and Emma Daigs. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Park-Houma (4511 W Park Ave, Gray, LA 70359). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
