He was predeceased by: his child Joni Oncale; his grandchild Madison Oncale of Katherine LeRay; and his parents, Wilford Holden and Sue Anne Baker Holden. He is survived by: his wives, Stephanie Oncale Holden and Amanda LeRay; his brothers, Ronald Holden and Donald Holden; his brother-in-law Keith Oncale; his father-in-law Dennis Oncale; and his pet Frankie (Biskit).

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to CMC Cancer Resource Center, Chabert Foundation, P.O. Box 4337, Houma, Louisiana 70361.
