He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Billiot and Alfreda Billiot; his stepmother Melina Dardar Naquin Billiot; his daughter Eve Billiot; his siblings, Milton Billiot, Alexander Billiot and Venacia Naquin; and his stepsisters, Martha Naquin, Wilma Naquin and Mava Hendon.
He is survived by: his wife Denecia Naquin Billiot; his sons, Wenceslaus "Boyo" Billiot (Sheila), Robert "Jeff" Billiot (Tanya) and Adam "Dennis" Billiot Sr.; his wife Lottie; his daughters, Judyann Billiot, Kathy Billiot Dardar (Mickey) and Theresa Billiot; his sisters, Maryline Billiot Naquin, Helen Billiot Naquin and Marthie Billiot Mahler; his stepsister Zelma Naquin; and also Wenceslaus. He is also survived by 44 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
