Wayne Falgout Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Falgout Jr. of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred Falgout, Sr., Edna Mae Breaux Falgout, Elmore Songe, Sr. and Rose Fonseca Songe. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Charles Falgout, Sr. and Judy Ann Songe Falgout; his wife Delania Ratcliff Falgout; his children, Tiffany Floor (Joshua), Nicholas Falgout, Sr., Miranda Falgout and Haley Falgout; his grandchildren, Alexa, Andreya, Chance, Nicholas, Jr., Kylii, Elijah, Kinzly and Levi; and his brothers, Dean and Brad Falgout. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Park-Houma (4511 W Park Ave, Gray, LA 70359).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samart Funeral Home in Gray to help with funeral expenses.
