She was predeceased by: her brother Zachary Scott, Jr.; her grandparents, Vorris, Sr., Louise Johnson Granger, Verlene VanBuren and Ivanola Ruffin Scott; her uncles, Vorris Granger, Jr. and Albert Scott, Jr.; and her aunt Michelle VanBuren.
She is survived by: her sons, Ramonte Emmanuel Martinez, Alijah Tony Granger and Cassidy Arthur Joseph Singleton; her parents, Lois Ann Granger VanBuren (Kenneth, Sr.) and Zachary Scott; and her siblings, Kenneth, Jr., Shaquille O'neal VanBuren, Aaron Stevens, Sr. (Alexis), Shawn Calloway, Travion Smith, Shemeka VanBuren and Shedawn Scott. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p. m. until funeral time at 2:00 p. m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA, 70360 (Per CDC regulations/local requirements all visitors must wear face masks in building at all times).
