He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hancock Hebert; his son David Cloud Jr.; his sister Sheila (Don Meyers); his grandchildren, Kristil, Dylan, Brett Cloud, Kilye Hawkins and Joshua Hawkins; his great grandchild Rya Martin; his nephews, Corey Meyers, Chad Meyers, Billie Luker and Buddy Luker; and his niece Sheila Quinnes.
