She was predeceased by: her husband Gene A. Courteaux, Sr.; her parents, Esley Foret and Ernestine Crochet Foret; her sons, Gene and Scotty; and her siblings, Joseph Berwick, John Dudley, Floyd, Ozemia, Benjamin, Shirley, Lucille, Doris and Mary.

She is survived by: her children, Tina Voisin (Barry), Jimmy (Maggie) and Mark (Linda); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Brandon, Madison and Callie.
